Beautiful Cora passed along her very well deserved award on her thought-inspiring blog The Postulations of an Iconoclast to me! :D My very first award...ever?! :) Thanks Cora! ♥
The Rules of the Award are as follows:
1. Thank the person who gave you this award.
2. Share 7 things about yourself.
3. Pass the award along to 15 bloggers who you have recently discovered and who you think are fantastic!
4. Contact the bloggers you've picked and let them know about the award.
Ok, some of those rules are easier than others... :) :/ ;)
7 things about me:
~ I ♥ babies. Especially when they're in the very first eat-sleep-poop-phase that "most" people find a bit dull because the baby doesn't "do" anything. :) I know they do plenty and I'm amazed at what it must be like to be that new to this world...!
~ When I was little I wanted to be a nun. :) Strange thought since no one in my family is at all religious and not even close to being Catholic. After realising I liked the thought of having a family of my own too much I "settled" on the idea of joining a convent as an old widow (you know like in the Middle Ages!?). *lol*
~ I want to learn Arabic ...or Icelandic. (!?)
~ I'm terrible at tidying! I really don't like doing it but love it after I'm done...why is it such a chore?!
~ I love crispy clean bedlinen, I sleep like a baby! It's just a shame that feeling only last for a night or so...
~ I love the cloche hats of the 1920's and 30's and I "miss" us not wearing hats anymore...why did we stop?
~ I wish I was a Domestic Goddess but I'm coming to terms that I'm alright even if I'm not. Being sloppy ol' me isn't all that bad after all...
*phew!*

I thought that was going to be the easy part yet it took time to think of 7 things...! :) The task of picking 15 other well-worthy bloggers feels like an enormous task, especially as I don't really follow that many.
I guess the "point" of these awards are that you can follow them to new (at least for you) amazing blogs so I hope your Swedish skills are good...! ;) Only one blog's in English... :)
I pass this award along to:
* My big sis's fantastic (and not so new) blog Phenomenal Woman. I've been a faithful follower since the start in the autumn ? of 1684 ;) and I amazingly enough :D never tire of hearing about my adorable and amazingly clever niece's or the stuff that we've all been up to! ;) When I'm not feeling up to blogging my sister's blog keeps my Swedish speaking friends up-to-date! :)
* Most awsome Renee blogs OnTheGoodLife about just that, the good life. I get to follow her amazing family and her life as a mum and student and dream of what great pals we'd be if we were neighbours. ;)
* Next will be übermaison, an old friends (fairly new blog) about the amazing house that she and her family live in. A house in need of and getting some amazing TLC. Beautiful house and beautiful taste from a beautifully talented gal! :)
* Underbaraclara is actually a new blog I've started to follow. Clara's a high-spirited girl who describes herself as a Christian, feminist, fashionista (hope that turned out right in the translation!). :) She's got lots of interesting projects going on and and has some interesting thoughts and posts a lot of beautiful photos, quite often of her gorgeous self. A total eye-candy blog! :)
* Kattitingeling is the fantastic blog by another amazing and talented woman, my cousin Kat, who know's what she wants and goes for it! Blog is spiced up with cute pin-up gals after each post. :)
* Kat's husband Chris's blog onemountainsplace is filled to the brim with his wit and (mostly (only?) his own) photos ranging between everything from beautiful bugs and his gorgeous wife to the Statue of Liberty and the Gothenburg docks...!
* I've recently started following Nostalchic's blog Beyond Sizes. She's an inspiring BBW with a great fashion sense. She's full of thoughts and ideas of how the Swedish market could improve the limited selection of plus size clothes they currently have to offer. Until that changes she shares with us what we have to choose from abroad/online and boosts our self-esteem with her "Curve boost"-photos of gorgeous plus size women! ♥

Vad fina ord om mig, det värmer i hjärtat! <3
Cora knows the good stuff when she sees it ;)
Thanks for the award <3 Yep, I often daydream too about what kind of neighbors we would be...I envision afternoon tea while the kids play outside and long chats about everything :D
And I can relate to most of your 7 list...even the part of wanting to be a nun! Strange, is itn't?
Now it's time to pull up Google Translator and start looking at Swedish blogs!
K: Du förtjänar den! ♥
Nostalchic: Glad att du kikade förbi! :D Du och din blog är verkligen inspirerande och du är en sann "phenomenal woman". :)
:D Go for it Renee! :) Hope Google is helpful. Otherwise the photos will be worth a peek! :)
I'm a photo-fan when it comes to blogs! ;D
Wow vad du är snäll. Tuuuusen tack!
Ett lite sent svar... TACK för dina fina ord, jag kommer som jag lovat att lyfta fram dig, och andra, i ett snart färdigt inlägg.
Vi ses!
