:) I'm getting quite frustrated with myself for not being able to chill out about this terms assignments etc. All I "need" a good grade in is Maths but really a "pass" is really good enough too...! I'm supposed to enjoy this final term before (hopefully) studies at uni/college and I'm not enoying myself when I'm stressed out!
The exams I've done so far, 3, have all come back with very good grades and I should just learn to reeeelaaaax...!
*done with scolding myself*
I've gotten a good bit of the material for my history essay together and it's really interesting stuff! :)
* ♥ History!*
Last night I started to have a look at what different teachingprograms are available for me in the autumn and I felt quite lost...! :/ I'm going to apply to as many places and programs as possible but how does one know which one is right, if I even get accepted to any of them...? :/ *nervous!*
I'm probably going for a university summer course this summer, since I'm now "qualified" (?) for them, and :/ there's SOO much to choose from and I'm kinda scared too... *blushing* What if I'm to stupid for univeristy studies...??? :/ :\
Oh! Gotta run! History next! ;)

Shush! I don't want to hear that you think are may be too stupid for Uni! You are going to own whatever program you choose!
Okay, so what programs are there? Is it by age of the children to teach or by the subject you want to teach or both?
Whatever program(s) you are looking at, just apply to ALL of them! Like one of my profs says "You are looking to be invited to the dance. Once you are invited, THEN you get to pick who will be on your dance card."
I'll be more than happy to brain storm with you <3
Aw! Thanks hun! *hugs* :)
The programs are by age and/or/by subjects...! :)
I'm "going for" the younger kids... ;) Which means I'll either be a pre-school or primary (elementary?) school teacher.
Pre-school programs are "broader", as in not specifically subject-specified, and allows me to teach 1st and 2nd grade too. They are sort of orientated by "themes" like "language and culture" and "leaning and development" since it's not a question of having to teach a specific subject to children that you.
Primary school programs are (if I've understood it correctly) devided up into natual science subjects (maths, biology, physics etc.) or social science subjects (history, religious studies, civics etc).
To teach in secondary school/high school I'd need to be even more specific about what subject I'd teach (I think one needs at least two different ones to get a degree) but I'm more interested in the earlier years...
As I've understood it all teachers programs do the first year together and then I'll have to decide where to go next. But, I still have to apply to the different, specific, programs I'm qualified for and of course actually get accepted! :/
The uni's I'm looking into are the one in Borås http://www.hb.se/ and the one in Gothenburg http://www.gu.se/ (both have an "In English" option at the top of the first page if you're interested to have a look).
I'm also going to have a look into what my options for distance programs are...as a "if I'm not accepted anywhere else"-option...
