Outside my window... Rain, melting snow = lots and lots treacherous ice.
I am thinking... I really shouldn't be sitting here with this. I should prep for tomorrow outdoorsy day with 'my' class.
I am thankful for... Friends. ♥
From the learning rooms... Being kind and compassionate doesn't just apply outwards but inwards too. I should try and treat myself with the same kindness and compassion that try to treat others with... ;]
From the kitchen... my school papers are spread across the kitchen table, where I should be sitting! ;P
I am wearing... A long nude coloured, comfy long sleeved tee and white leggings with a lace trim at the 'foot'.
I am creating... a math lesson for first grader's...or, I'm trying to! ;) Patterns is the subject. :)
I am going... to take the bus to the woods, in the rain (? hopefully not!), with a large group of little people tomorrow.
I am reading... Strength in Weakness by Gil Skidmore.
I am hoping... my lesson goes well on Friday.
I am hearing... the rest of the family snoring in their beds, the hummm of the laptop and the murmur of the 10 o'clock news from the living room.
Around the house... Evening 'silence', even our noisy cat's quiet.
One of my favorite things... silly, super girly, nail polish. Pink sparkles in the sunshine or (borderline hooker-)hot pink nails can lift my spirit in a brilliant silly girly fashion. A cheap treat I don't allow myself enough!
A few plans for the rest of the week... Being outdoorsy tomorrow, a nervous wreak on Friday, going to the movies on Saturday to watch Tangled with sister's and our kiddies. :)
