We don't have any snowdrops in our garden, they're normally the first little flowers popping out of the melting snow. In our garden the first sign of spring are the purple and yellow crocus that arrived whilst we still had some snow left.
Easter is always a give-away that spring is here and getting our little ones dressed up in their "witchy outfits" (Easter here is our "Halloween" - with the dressing up, bonfires and fire works) makes it feel even more true... :)
Finally; when my favourite weed, the 'tussilago', shows its sunny little face in ditches along the road I know for sure that winter is gone...! Joy! :) Welcome back Spring!

Mad-'bout-his-lawn-neighbour was out mowing the frosty lawn this morning!?! :D :O That must mean we should forget all about spring, since summer's good as here! *lmao*...or perhaps that he's just a bit too keen on getting on things in his garden...! ;)
