Doing something twice is almost a habit...isn't it?
Well, I've actually heard/read somewhere that to start a new (or change an old habit) you need to do it 21 times...but that's just toooo many times don't ya think? ;P
Any hoot, I'm SO proud of myself right now! :) I have, of my own free will (not 'cause the bus broke down and I had no choice ;)), taken two 45 minute walks in the last 4 days. :) And I turned a short walk home the other day to a little longer one, not because I walked slower but because I chose the longer way...! ;) I think I might have found a good way get rid of some of all that "extra" time! ;) :) :D
Being a couch potato is a hard habit to break so two times (or so) is good, very good...! :)
Tonight's walk was really good, it's almost warm outside! :) I even had the brief but very pleasant company of a hare, a deer and (!) two frogs!?! :D Definitely getting warmer!
